Cafe Beyond Eyes is more than a hospitality initiative — it is a movement focused on dignity, employment, culinary inclusion, and sensory-based learning for visually impaired individuals.
Led by Chef Ashwani Kumar Singh in collaboration with NAB and partner organizations, the initiative creates real-world hospitality training environments where participants develop professional culinary skills through taste, aroma, texture, rhythm, and instinctive coordination.
